Asset mapping is a way of looking at the different assets a community has. Some examples of the categories these assets can fall into are: financial assets, cultural assets, educational assets, health assets, business assets, recreational assets, and many more. All or some of these institutions, individuals, and resources are placed onto a map to figure out how they can all benefit from each other by working together to create a more advanced and strengthened community. |
